The below set of rules are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions.
The General Terms and Conditions can be found here.

§1) Account
Each player is allowed only one account per game world (server). This does not include accounts which you are sitting through the Account Sitting feature. Sharing your password with another player is forbidden.

§1.2) Registration
The e-mail address used for the registration of an account must be under the personal and exclusive control of the person who registered the account. The person owning the e-mail address used to register an account is considered the owner of the account, regardless of any other personal or empire / alliance agreements. The owner of an account is fully responsible for all actions taken with the account.

§1.3) Password
The owner of an account may not transfer the password of an account to any person playing on the same game world (server). Additionally, knowingly choosing the same password on the same game world as another person is illegal; any of these actions is considered multiaccounting, as defined in these rules.
There is no compensation for damages done by someone knowing the password for an account. Land of Destiny reserves the right to deny service features/compensation/help and may punish the account in question for illegal password sharing. Furthermore an account that uses an insecure password that can be easily obtained or guessed does not qualify for compensation in case of damage to the account.

§1.4) Illegal Logins
You may only access another players account via the Account Sitter function. Abuse of the same pc usage is forbidden. Furthermore it is not permitted to gain access to another account in an illegal way. The violation of this rule can lead to expulsion from the game. The Land of Destiny Team never asks for your password.

§2) Players Sharing an Internet Connection
Regular sharing of a connection has to be reported (Options -> Share Internet Connection). This rule applies to anybody that shares a computer or network with one or more players. A shared network could be one household, your workplace or school. All players who knowingly share an internet connection regularly must add each other using the Share Internet Connection feature.
For restrictions on resource transfers see §4.2.

§3) Account sitting
Account sitting is a temporary way to watch someone's account while that person cannot log into his own account. Permanently sitting an account for a player that is absent for more than three weeks is not allowed. Foreseeable periods of absence longer than three weeks must be reported to a GameMaster before the departure of the owner.
It is not allowed to sit an account and use it just to push other accounts. Accounts that are clearly used as push accounts in this way will be punished. It is also not allowed to sit more than 3 accounts at once. Players and sitters are equally responsible for the actions of any sat account. It is not allowed to abuse account sitting. Account sitters that intentionally destroy or seriously damage an account they are sitting will be punished. The Land of Destiny Team will not be able to repair the damage done to the account.

§4) Resource transfers
Every account has to be played to its own benefit and may not be used only to support another account. Being blackmailed into sending resources exceeding the hourly production of the account as described below in §4.1 is not considered a benefit to the account and therefore not allowed.

§4.1) General
In any 24 hour period, regular one-sided transfers with another player may only equal one hour of resource production, including marketplace transactions. One hour of resource production is the total of all resources produced in all villages without subtracting the upkeep for troops.
The abovementioned amount of resources must be split in cases of multiple regular one-sided transfers with specific players. The size of the affected accounts does not matter.
If your troops are reinforcing another player’s village which is under attack, you are allowed to send enough food to that player to feed your troops. Normally a sufficient and allowable amount of wheat is enough to keep the troops alive for another 24 hours.

§4.2) Players Sharing an Internet Connection & Account Sitting
You may not make one-sided transfers of resources to another player entered as shared internet connection or as an account sitter.
Resources may only be traded at a ratio of 1:1 and the resource transfer has to be finished within 48 hours. An exception to this rule is the sending of food to feed troops that are reinforcing the “same pc users” or “sitters” that get attacked. You may transfer enough food to feed your troops that are reinforcing such a village or an outpost. These transfers should be considered rare exceptions and must stop after 3 days from the first delivery of food.
In the event of a one-sided transfer, you should wait 48 hours after the last one-sided transfer has been successfully delivered before connecting with each other using the sitter function or ‘same pc usage’.

§5) Merging of the accounts
It is generally allowed for a player to allow one or more other players to take over the accounts villages without a fight.
However, there are a few restrictions that have to followed:
- Accounts on the same internet connection may not merge.
- This includes accounts that have previously been played exclusively or almost exclusively from the same internet connection.
- An account may not be played by a sitter long term just to give away the villages later on.
- As always, the Account Sitter may NOT attack until at least 1 week after the sitting has been cancelled.
- Conquer a village that has been part of your empire / alliance, unless two days have passed since the account left the empire / alliance.

§6) Communication
Insulting other players and the use of language in a insulting / abusive / offensive context is forbidden. Threats and blackmailing of other players are allowed only if the context is entirely ingame. Political extreme, racist, pornographic or otherwise illegal statements are forbidden in the game (and any other medium offered by Land of Destiny). Punishments for extreme offenses may be implemented on all game aspects. Phishing in any way is strongly forbidden.

§7) Selling and Buying of accounts and ingame objects
It is not allowed to play accounts for commercial purposes. It is not allowed to sell, buy or offer accounts or parts of accounts in exchange for Premium points or any other financial benefit in/outside of the game. Trades involving more than one game world are also forbidden.

§8) Push accounts
It is not allowed to create accounts just for the benefit of another account or to keep inactive accounts active for that purpose. Accounts that are used only to push other accounts will be banned.
Accounts that are knowingly being pushed by push accounts will also be punished. If you suspect that an account is being used just to push you or other account you should report this by submitting a Support Ticket.

§9) Bugs and errors
Every player is obligated to report critical bugs immediately by submitting a Support ticket. Using bugs to gain any advantage will lead to account banning or other punishments.

§10) Bots and Scripts
The game is to be played with a normal browser only. Bots, browser add-ons and other applications that automate game activities are forbidden. It is not allowed to alter the game interface or simulate subscribers options. Any account acting "unhuman", for example multiple actions per second, will automatically be reported to a GameMaster who can inspect the suspicious player.

§11) Language & Netiquette
English is the only official language tolerated. All profiles, descriptions and in-game forums must be written in English. There will be no replies to support requests written in other languages. Players should be able to communicate with other players using the English language, not doing so may results in a punishment. GameMasters may change inappropriate profiles and names without warning.
No player may request a real life picture of another player regardless of age or gender. No real world politics are allowed in names and descriptions.

§12) Punishments & Account deletion/banning
An account may be modified, banned or deleted for a number of reasons. Deletion can occur automatically if an account is not used for more than 14 days.
In extreme cases, accounts may be banned on all game worlds (servers).

§12.1) Replacements
Anything lost during the time of suspension will not be replaced by the Land of Destiny Team.

§12.2) Subscription
No player has the right to claim payment or replacement for subscription time lost due to suspension.
There is no special treatment for subscribers regarding the game rules neither in the time needed to deal with the case nor in the punishment.

§12.3) Appeals
Players may talk to the GameMaster who banned them or an Administrator either via IGM (ingame message) or e-mail. Bans, punishments or deletions are not to be discussed in public (e.g. Chat or Forums). Appeals must be written in English unless the GameMaster or Administrator expressively agrees on another language.
Additionally, the Land of Destiny Team will not provide information to persons other than the account owner.

§12.4) Special regulation
Multiaccounts with less than 50 population may be deleted on sight with no warning.

§13) Instigation & Collaboration
Inciting, manipulating, encouraging, assisting or conspiring with others or encourage others to violate any of the rules is not allowed.

§14) Deletions
These rules apply for players that will delete their accounts or are currently deleting their accounts without exception.

§15) Changing of rules
The Land of Destiny Team reserves the right to change the rules at any time.

§16) Correction clause
If individual regulations of this set of rules should be ineffective, it does not affect the validity of the remaining regulations of this set of rules. The Administrators commit themselves to replace ineffective regulations with new regulations which replace the ineffective regulations in a legally permissible way. These enter into force without delay and will be used in any current case. This also applies to regulation gaps contained in the set of rules. To correct the gap the Administrators commit themselves to work toward a correction, which abides by the intended purpose of the existing rules.
